SDSL 1.5Mbps half-dead??!!
Office SDSL which is used mainly for VPN, ran into trouble as upload appeared to slow and frequently failed. How do you troubleshoot a broken Lucent Cellpipe 50S router? Everything appears to be normal when you use it to surf the Internet. Download is extremely fast.
It took me few hours to check every devices that are hooked up to the link i.e. Cisco Switch, VPN firewall and Lucent Cellpipe router. Finally standalone test which is recommended by TM and [ Bandwidth Test](http://202.188.95.52:8080/speedometer/) revealed the culprit.
The unit has been in good shape for 2 years plus and now it is half dead. Man, that is odd!
